4 Hour Workshop on Saturday, May 12th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Join me for an introduction to the art of fly fishing! This workshop is geared towards a beginner level and it is comprised of two sections. The first half is indoor classroom time where we will practice tying knots, rigging flies and learning about conditions that are encountered on the open water. The second half will be outside (weather permitting) for hands-on casting practice! We will practice basic technique on an open field. Participants are encouraged to bring their own fly rod and reel with line, but I will also have a few rigs available to share for first timers without equipment. Cost is $35 for individuals or $60 for two people that register at the same time. The workshop will take place at our home on Pitkin Mesa and the class size will be limited to 10 people. If you have questions, call me at 970-261-8945 or email: bob@bobstovern.com
